Do you have a parking lot?
We have additional parking space available on our property, we will be happy to direct you upon your arrival.
Until what time is the reception open?
Our reception service is open between 7 am and 11 pm. After these hours, the reception is closed but we remain available for all emergencies.
Do you accept pets?
We accept pets for an additional fee of 30€ per pet per night (A maximum of 3 pets per room is accepted)
What are the hours of the wellness area?
Our outdoor swimming pool is accessible between 9am and 8pm every day from April to October.
Arrival and departure times ?
We guarantee access to our rooms from 4 pm. We ask you to return the rooms by 12 o'clock.
Do you accept vacation vouchers?
Unfortunately, we do not accept vacation vouchers in our establishment.
Can you put an extra bed in the room?
Unfortunately, we do not have any extra beds in our property.
Can you put a baby bed in the room?
We will be happy to provide a baby bed for your child, please contact the reception desk so that your request can be taken into account.
Do you have bathrobes and slippers in the rooms?
Bathrobes and slippers are available on request in our establishment. We invite you to approach the reception to make the request.
Can we book a massage in your establishment?
Our partner LS Massage will provide you with relaxation and well-being thanks to massages and facial and body treatments during your stay at the Manoirs des Portes de Deauville. We invite you to contact the reception to book your massage before your stay.
Can you put a bottle in the room?
We will be happy to provide you with a bottle in your room. We invite you to contact the reception to know the prices of our bottles.
Bar & Catering
Do you have a restaurant?
Unfortunately, we do not have a restaurant in our establishment. We work in close collaboration with the "Auberge du vieux tour" which is located only 50 meters from the hotel.
