The Restaurant "L'Auberge du Vieux Tour" offers our guests a selection of its creative cuisine.
Chef Franck DUGAST, a member of the Escoffier fraternity, brilliantly selects fresh, refined local produce to match his cuisine. As the seasons change, discover different dishes and flavors that are just as tasty. You can also go to the auberge, 50 meters from the hotel, to enjoy a meal served directly by our partner restaurateur.
Our snack menu is available for tasting throughout the day in our majestic Salon Corneille by the fireplace, in the hotel gardens or in your room with room service (€).

The best way to learn about a region, its customs and its history is to discover its terroir. The hotel Les Manoirs des Portes de Deauville honors the Normandy region and offers its guests the opportunity to taste its emblematic specialties in a charming and peaceful setting.
The Normandy region is known for the quality and the inimitable taste of its apples. Les Manoirs des Portes de Deauville offers its guests the opportunity to taste apples in all their forms! In this offer, juices and cider are produced with apples from Michel Bréavoine's orchard located near Pont-l'Evêque. Since 1989, this orchard has concentrated a unique know-how to extract the best from each harvest, and thus offer a quality cider production. The calvados comes from the Père Magloire distillery, which elaborates exceptional PDO Calvados with a Cellar Master.

This tasting is available all year round, upon reservation. Prices vary according to the calvados tasting desired.
The Breakfast
In the morning, our chameleon bar turns into a welcoming breakfast room . It can also be served outdoors in a green space specially designed for your various meals.
For room service is offered with an additional charge (€).
The Grand Salon welcomes you for the most important moment of the day. For this purpose, a complete and adapted formula is proposed to you; a true buffet of flavour, between local products and varieties from here and elsewhere. On the menu, we offer you among others:
